Product Description
- High Impact, rigid vinyl frames and sash are
made with an unplasticized PVC power blend
- Frames and sash are easy to maintain and do not need to be painted.
- Single-hung sash tilts in, slider sash lifts out
- Available in a wide range of standard sizes as well as custom shapes
and sizes.
Glass:
- 3/4" clear insulating glass, tested to
SIGMA standards
- Standard warm-edge glass spacer outperforms
traditional aluminum spacers
- Optional PPG Solarban 60 lowE glass with argon
gas fill for increased year round thermal performance. (ENERGY
STAR® qualified for all climate regions.)

Construction
- Frames and sash have multi-cavity construction
for added insulation and strength.
- Corners are fusion -welded for strength and
air-tightness.
- 2-5/8" frames have an integral nail fin
for easy installation.
- Sloped sill permits water run off.
- Sash and top glass are wet glazed in silicone.
- Bottom sash has lift rail
- Units have full-length, uninterrupted, interlocking
meeting rail.
- Polypropylene pile weatherstripping provides
increased resistance to air, water and dust infiltration.
Hardware:
- Single-hung window uses inverted block and tackle balances for positive
control.
- Matching sash lock is installed
- Units over 36" have double locks
